How many people do you expect to attend The OM Festival?

This is the first year that we are having a 5 day transformational festival in Vermont. We are hoping to have at least 300 attendees in year one.  It would be epic and our stretch goal to attract around 500 attendees for year one.

How do you promote The OM Festival?

We promote our events including but  not limited to the following:

  • Social Media Channels
  • Over 15,000 Followers on our main Yoga Fun Day Instagram page.
  • Unique Mindful Events our Co-Founder will put on their channel and pages as well as blast out to their database.
  • Local magazines (Vermont News Guide, Manchester Journal, Yankee Magazine, Wisdom New England)
  • Media Partners (IHeart Radio, WEQX, etc..)
  • PR Firm
  • Podcasts
  • Digital marketing campaigns per city
Do I Get FREE tickets?

No, vendors  do not get free tickets to the festival.  Depending upon booth package vendors may receive 1 General Admission (GA) ticket to the festival.
We highly encourage vendors to purchase GA tickets in advance for their team as the prices will go up and the best deal is the early bird GA ticket.   Our VIP booths and Corporate Sponsor Vendors may receive a discount code for tickets  to the event that they can use to promote the event to friends, family and VIP clients.    Please note  that all of our tickets are digital as we are a Green Company trying to “Save The Earth.”   Tickets will be sent out via email and we encourage you to check in with your QR code.

Why should we come to OM?

The OM Festival is a 5 day transformational festival experience. We have curated a high end festival experience unlike no other in Vermont and beyond. We don’t let every vendor in that applies to our festival. Sometimes the products and company just don’t fit our mission and vision for our attendees and we will decline your application as we want it to be a win/win for you too!  We want to create a legendary epic experience for our festival attendees.  We also don’t have five to six of the same kinds of vendors and try to be very transparent with you such as we don’t want five essential oil companies as that isn’t good for any of our vendors or attendees.  We encourage you to sign up early and if you have questions contact Sam the Founder at 561.506.1108.  (Texting is fastest)

Do you offer payment plans?

No, we do not offer payment plans. Sorry we do not allow you to share a booth with other vendors. The event is Rain or Shine. All payments must be received in full. No refunds.  highly encourage you to get your GA tickets in advance for your team. We will allow you to transfer these or sell them if needed.

What is the due date for final payments?

No all payments must be received in full to sign up for the event and hold your spot.

How do I get wristbands for my staff?

We need to know in advance who will be working in your booth if they are spending the night and planning to attend festival events, music or nightly events they will need to purchase a GA ticket. Depending upon booth package chosen determines number of GA tickets.  Wristbands will be available during vendor load in and the OM check in booth.

What comes with my booth?

It depends on what booth package you choose and if you purchased GA tickets. The majority of our booth packages you are responsible for bringing your tables, tents and chairs.  We do NOT provide these items.

Is electricity included?

Since this is a destination event in Vermont there will be limited electrical hookups for vendors. Please coordinate in advance with

Are pets allowed?

No, please leave your beloved furry friends at home. We love pets but ask you to kindly leave them at home.  The Om Festival in Vermont has pets on site and we know you will love playing with the Llamas and Golden Retrievers.  No ESA dogs or cats or other pets allowed on site or at the festival.  Please don’t bring your ESA pet or we will have to decline your entrance to the festival.

Do you have parking?

Yes. We have a parking area close to our festival.  Parking for the festival will have a fee.

We offer vendor specific load in and load out times.

We usually have overflow parking for over sized vehicles and depending upon event location there could be paid parking.  . Please know that we cannot always guarantee an on-site handicapped parking space for anyone. These spaces are first-come, first-serve.

We are trying to setup RV and Van parking for OM. There will be a fee. More info soon.

What is your refund policy?

Sorry, there are absolutely no refunds. All events are rain or shine. In the event we have to postpone/cancel an event we will roll your vendor booth and package to the next year/event.

Are children allowed?

Yes of course, your children can help you run your booth! Kids under 13 are free.  Please let us know in advance.  Our festivals are family-friendly. Please see specific events that are specifically for children. Please do not bring your children to adult only classes as they could be disruptive to other festival attendees. Please participate in our Kids Zone and Kids and Family Classes.  

Can I buy tickets in advance?

Yes, and the best deals are our early bird booth prices as well as GA tickets.   The vendor booth prices go up as we get closer to the festival. We highly encourage you to reserve your booth early for the best deal.

How do I apply to be a vendor?

Do you accept all vendors?

No, we do not accept all vendors as we are trying to curate an epic festival experience. For example, if you sell insurance we most likely will decline your booth application as it doesn’t go with our vibe that we are trying to create.  We are seeking high quality and unique vendors.  We prefer not to have direct sales or MLM companies at our festivals.
