    We want Artists to help us create art installations at the festival and raise the frequency and cool vibe at our festival. This could be artistic handmade signs for our festival, an art sculpture or display, help building and design a unique stage etc… (Only 4 Spots Available.)

We are delighted to partner with Unique Mindful Events and bring The OM Festival to Vermont.   We have a plethora  classes and workshops in yoga, meditation, ecstatic dance, tai chi and so on scheduled for The OM Festival Vermont.  General Admission  Tickets are on sale for those who want to attend our festival and take one of our 50+ classes or workshops going on at our yoga festival.  There will be live music with DJ’s and bands every evening, Don’t miss out on showcasing your company at this transformational festival experience. The mountains are calling.

WHEN IS VENDOR VILLAGE OPEN? We are opening the festival gates on Wed afternoon on July 26th. We will have live music and a few events on Wed. Thur, July 27th and expect campers to start arriving and setting up camp.  Thursday, July 28th we will have classes and workshops as well as live music/DJ’s every night.   Fri, July 28th-Sun July 30th we anticipate that most of our attendees will be at the festival with three hours of  live music/Ecstatic Dance , Kirtan and or DJ’s every night. We encourage you to come for all 5 days as a vendor  and it will be easier for everyone to setup on Wed July 26th.  We expect you to have your booth fully setup by 12 NOON on Thursday, July 27th and we expect you to stay till the end of the festival on Sunday, July 30th.  We will not allow booths to be broken down earlier than 3 PM on July 30th. NOTE:  Commercial and Direct Sales Vendors will NOT be accepted.

Vendor VillageLAST CHANCE TO APPLY AND REGISTER IS June, 26th, 2023. Vendor Village is the heart of our festival.  We have a lot of options for vendor village booths  that will be spaced out such as different zones.  Zone 1 booths will be closest to the main barn and high traffic areas of the festival.  Zone 2 booths will be a little bit further out from zone 1 booths but still very high traffic. Zone 3 booths will be a little bit further out from Zone 1 and Zone 2. Festival Map coming soon.  Please note due to the outdoor nature zones might be changed last minute.  Early bird general admission pricing is still in effect.  Please sign up early for the best rates.  General Admission tickets will need to be purchased separately for your booth staff team.  We recommend you buy your GA tickets ASAP as they prices are going up as we get closer.

Food Trucks & Food Vendors – LAST CHANCE TO REGISTER IS June, 26th 2023. 

ART INSTALLATIONLAST CHANCE TO APPLY IS MAY, 26th 2023.  A big part of our festivals is  local and national artists as well as artisanal crafters which are items made by hand.

Non-Profits –  The main non-profit that we work with is Wine to Water.  However, we are always on the look out for establishing  a partnership with local  non-profits.  We love working with non-profits if they fit our mission and festival culture.   We have a few spots open at our festival for a reduced fee booth specifically for non-profits. You must be a valid 501 C.  Please text Sam to discuss  at 561.506.1108.

FREE BOOTHS:  Sorry we don’t give away free booths even if you are giving away your product. Please look at our booth packages and choose one that fits your budget. Sorry we are not allowing you to share booths.

FREE TICKETS TO THE FESTIVAL FOR MY STAFF:  Sorry there are no free tickets to the festival. All tickets must be purchased in advance. We highly recommend you purchase extra GA tickets early before the prices go up.  Each person working at your booth will need to have purchased a GA ticket thus if you anticipate 3 staff members at your booth then you need to purchase your booth price and 3 GA festival tickets.   We encourage you to buy your GA tickets in advance as they are going up in price.
