Yoga Instructor Full Day Immersion Led by Dr. Al Jameson – Anatomy Instructor, Yoga Instructor, and Chiropractor About the Immersion Guide – Dr. Al Jameson has been a yogi for 7 years, a chiropractor for 15 years, and an anatomy professor for 10 years. He has combined all of his passions into Functional Anatomy Guru, a company dedicated to increasing functional anatomy knowledge and standards in the yoga profession.

Full-day immersion dedicated to you, the yoga instructor!   Stay local and gain vital functional anatomy knowledge to improve your teaching skills. Attend the full day immersion at Yoga Fun Day Delray Beach, led by Functional Anatomy Guru, Dr. Al Jameson. The full-day, 8-hour immersion will be a combination of classroom instruction, hands on palpation, workshopping yoga asana, exploration of pranayama, and construction of yoga sequences based on acquired knowledge.

We all need to be reminded as to what is our hearts desire.  This immersion will help you spark and acknowledge what your passion is!  You will also learn tools to help cultivate your purpose, change negative thought patterns and manifest the things that you want in life!  Be prepared to breathe, let go, ignite your passion and have a great time with like minded people.

NO YOGA experience is necessary!
