How many people do you expect to attend Yoga Fun Day?

Historically we have  2,600 – 3,000  attendees per Yoga Fun Day.

How do you promote Yoga Fun Day?

We promote our events including but  not limited to the following:

  • Social Media Channels
  • Over 17,300 Follower on Instagram
  • Local magazines
  • National magazines
  • Media Partners (IHeart Radio, Old School Square, etc..)
  • PR Firm
  • Podcasts
  • Digital marketing campaigns per city
Do I Get FREE tickets?

Yes, all of our vendors will receive FREE tickets to the event.  The number of free tickets depends on what booth package that you choose.   These are digital as we are a Green Company trying to “Save The Earth.” As the event nears we will send out your unique promo code to redeem tickets for your fiends, family and VIP clients.   Tickets must be redeemed one week in advance.  Sorry no exceptions. We can not redeem tickets at the event it must be done one week in advance.  

Why should we come to Yoga Fun Day?

Yoga Fun Day is the Premiere Yoga Festival in South and Central Florida. We have curated a high end festival experience unlike no other in Florida. We don’t let every vendor in that approaches us as sometimes the products and company just don’t fit our mission and vision for our attendees.  We want to create a legendary epic experience for our festival attendees.  We also don’t have five to six of the same kinds of vendors and try to be very transparent with you such as we don’t want five essential oil companies as that isn’t good for any of our vendors or attendees.  We encourage you to sign up early and if you have questions contact Sam the Founder at 561.506.1108.  (Texting is fastest)

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, we offer payment plans. We allow you to make a deposit to reserve your space so you can lock in the best rates. Final payment must be received 30 days before the event.

What is the due date for final payments?

Final payments are due 30 days before the event.

How do I get wristbands for my staff?

We need to know in advance who will be working in your booth. We need their first name, last name and email address so they can have vendor access to our festival and sign up for classes if they want to take any during the festival.  Each vendor gets four staff wristbands.  They will be available during vendor load in and the Yoga Fun Day check in booth.

What comes with my booth?

It depends on what booth package you choose. Our basic booth packages do not come with a tent, do not come with chairs and do not come with a table. If you need a tent, table or chairs please select these options on your digital contract and our team will have them at the event for you when your doing vendor load in and check in at our Vendor Load In/Information desk.

Is electricity included?

It depends on the venue for Yoga Fun Day.   Electricity is typically extra (provided by convention center) and ranges between $80-$110 per outlet. However Yoga Fun Day Delray there are some booth spaces with electric and no extra charge, please let us know if you need electric and we will do our best to get your near an outlet that works.

Yoga Fun Day Space Coast there are a lot of spaces with electric available and there is no additional charge.  Please let us know in advance so we can put you near an outlet.
