Founder: To Breathe Deep
Jill Erin Cooperman is a devoted wife and mother of three. After narrowly escaping an abusive marriage with a young child, she adopted a Warrior Goddess persona. Many years of a love-hate (mostly hate) relationship with yoga went by before she settled into her practice and found her purpose. After using yoga as a way to heal her own heart, she realized that taking her 200 hour teacher training would allow her to help others. She now enjoys teaching in the studio setting, while also working tirelessly on her Karma Yoga program To Breathe Deep. She is proud to have completed trauma informed training, which is incorporated into her teaching style, ensuring everyone feels safe and welcome. Jill is a big believer that yoga flows from the heart, and her classes reflect her zest for life and sense of humor. Last year Jill completed her Reiki I and II certification and now enjoys weaving that energy into her classes as well. She prides herself on her wisdom while allowing her zany imagination to take the wheel whenever possible.
