Liquid Yoga – Belly Dancing Yoga
Paty Renda Yogafunday is a journalist, translator and writer as well as a certified Aananda yoga teacher and trainer for Aananda School of Yoga. Although yoga has always been present in her life, it wasn’t until she moved to the US that she found her path as a teacher and trainer. With almost 15 years of experience, Paty has had the pleasure to lead a variety of classes at yoga studios, gyms, senior centers and schools. She dedicates most or her teachings to those who are just starting yoga as her passion lies on opening new doors for newcomers of all ages, shapes and bodies. Paty has also created a combination yoga and belly dancing class that focus on bringing women together and creating self love and a positive body image through fun, dance and drums. The Liquid Yoga classes are now being taught in several places in the US as well as overseas. Paty also leads retreats in Peru and Costa Rica, taking yogis and non yogis to the adventures of self discovery.
